On September 12, 2026, the 2 of us visited the main branch and ordered the "Couple set" (커플 인기메뉴) from the menu board — the kkomak muchim (includes bibimbap) + yuk-sashimi 1/2 set. It is 50,000 won. The portion was generous for 2 people, and the food came out quite fast. Both the kkomak and the yuk-sashimi were very fresh. One of us dislikes kkomak because of its astringent taste and still enjoyed it very much.

Dokdone Kkomak Bibimbap: How to Eat
The kkomak bibimbap is served on one plate. Half is kkomak muchim, cockles tossed in a chili-flake seasoning with chili peppers, and half is bibimbap mixed with kkomak, seaweed flakes, and sesame. We were recommended to eat the two halves without mixing them.
How to eat — Put a suitable amount of kkomak bibimbap and kkomak on a perilla leaf, add the oi muchim (seasoned cucumber) served as a side dish, and eat it as a wrap. Add the other side dishes to your taste on top.
On September 12, the table came with side dishes such as perilla leaves, oi muchim, kimchi, quail eggs, and dotorimuk (acorn jelly), along with seasoned seaweed and miyeokguk (seaweed soup). Many reviews say they refilled the miyeokguk.
Extra bibimbap — 3,000 won. The menu board says at least half of the kkomak must still be left.
Dokdone Yuk-sashimi 1/2 Portion and Yukhoe Muchim
Yuk-sashimi is also written as pyeon-yukhoe on the menu board, and on the Naver menu description the restaurant wrote that it is seolgit (a cut of leg meat) from cows graded 1 or higher. One plate is 35,000 won, and the set includes a half plate (1/2). Ordered separately, 1/2 is 19,000 won.
On the 1/2 plate that came with the set, the thinly sliced beef was laid out in a fan shape, with pear, chili peppers, and sliced garlic alongside on one side. Some reviews say they dipped the yuk-sashimi in gireumjang (oil dip) or ate it with garlic, chili peppers, and pear on makjang (soybean paste dip). The portion was generous for the 2 of us together with one plate of kkomak bibimbap.
Yukhoe muchim — Priced the same as the yuk-sashimi. One plate is 35,000 won and the 1/2 add-on is 19,000 won, and in the 50,000 won set it can be chosen instead of the yuk-sashimi 1/2.
Dokdone Waiting and Takeout
You sign up for the waiting list in person at the restaurant. You write down your phone number and are given a rice paddle with a number on it, and you are called by phone when your turn comes. Once you get the call, you must come to the restaurant within 5 minutes. Some reviews say they took the paddle and looked around the neighborhood while waiting. Naver Place has no reservation and no queue sign-up, and KakaoMap is marked as not taking reservations.
How long is the wait — Some reviews say they waited 20 minutes to 1 hour at lunch and dinner on weekends and holidays, and many reviews say they went right in between 2 PM and 5 PM or on weekday evenings.
Takeout — You can order takeout. Some reviews say they called in a takeout order and picked it up.
